Shipping & Returns
Bell&Bella delivers throughout Australia using Australia Post. We do not currently ship internationally, although if you are located overseas and would like to purchase one of our products please contact us at email@example.com and we will endeavour to assist you.
$10 AUD standard shipping rate within Australia.
You will receive your order in approximately 3-7 working days. If you have not received your order within the days specified please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. There can be the occasional customs or courier delay, which may affect your delivery timeframe.
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification email to keep you in the loop. This email contains your eParcel tracking number so you can track the progress of your order through the Australia post website. We ask that you DO NOT provide us with a Post Office Box address. Where possible please have deliveries sent to a work place or residence where someone is available to receive the item.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Unfortunately you may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. Please contact us for assistance.
Bell&Bella will happily accept a return within 10 days from receiving your order and provide you with an exchange of items or a store credit. Unfortunately we do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind.
The item/s must be in original condition with all tags remaining in place. Item/s must not have been used, tampered with, washed or altered in any way and are returned to us in the same condition as they were received.
Please be aware that there are NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES on sale items.
What is the returns process?
Requesting a return is easy! Simply email email@example.com so we can allocate a Returns Authorisation (RA) number for you. The cost of returning any goods to us is your responsibility. We will only refund shipping charges if we have sent you the incorrect item or if the item is faulty. Please fill out the returns sheet sent with your order to help us process your return as quickly as possible.

Once we have received your item with all tags remaining in place, we will ship your new item to you (for exchanges) or email you with confirmation of your store credit. Please allow up to 14 days for exchange. Bell&Bella cannot be held liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 working days of receiving your goods so we can urgently review the matter for you.
Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
