What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty? 

We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at hello@bellandbella.com.au within 2 working days of receiving your goods so we can urgently review the matter for you.

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. 

What is your returns policy?  

Bell&Bella will happily accept a return within 10 days from receiving your order and provide you with an exchange of items or a store credit. Unfortunately we do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind.

The item/s must be in original condition with all tags remaining in place. Item/s must not have been used, tampered with, washed or altered in any way.

What is the returns process?

Requesting a return is easy! Simply email hello@bellandbella.com.au so we can allocate a Returns Authorisation (RA) number for you. The cost of returning any goods to us is your responsibility. We will only refund shipping charges if we have sent you the incorrect item or if the item is faulty. Please fill out the returns sheet sent with your order to help us process your return as quickly as possible.

Once we have received your item with all tags remaining in place, we will ship your new item to you (for exchanges) or email you with confirmation of your store credit. Please allow up to 14 days for exchange. Bell&Bella cannot be held liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details. 

How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we send you an email within 1-2 working days containing a tracking number that allows you to easily and quickly locate the whereabouts of your order. If you did not receive this email, please contact us at hello@bellandbella.com.au.

When will my order arrive? 

Assuming that we have stock available, we generally send orders within 3-7 working days. Please understand that this is not always possible. Bell&Bella uses Australia Post for all orders.

Will I have to pay any duties and taxes on top of my order? 

Bell&Bella unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any duties and taxes that may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed will rest with you. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to find out more information regarding taxes and duties. We also unfortunately cannot mark any international order as a 'gift' due to law prohibitions.

What payment methods does Bell&Bella accept? 

Currently we accept PayPal only. If you would like to arrange payment via another method, we are happy to assist. Please contact us directly at hello@bellandbella.com.au to make arrangements.

How much does delivery cost? 

Bell&Bella charges a flat rate of $10 AUD per order within Australia.

We do not currently ship internationally, although if you are located overseas and would like to purchase one of our products please contact us at hello@bellandbella.com.au and we will endeavour to assist you.

Is it safe to purchase online from Bell&Bella? 

Absolutely! Bell&Bella is a Melbourne based company. Bell&Bella uses GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party. However, if you are still concerned with placing your order, please contact hello@bellandbella.com.au and we will contact you regarding an alternative method to place your order!

How do I best apply my fabric wall sticker?

It's best to clean your walls, then allow to dry thoroughly. Fabric wall stickers work best on a surface that is flat and smooth. Carefully and delicately peel the stickers from the sheet and simply place on wall. 

Our fabric wall stickers can be applied to almost any surface, and will not damage your walls. Some paint finishes, for example oil based paints may not give the best adhesive result. Please also wait a couple of weeks for freshly painted surfaces before applying wall stickers.

Our stickers are easily removable and can be re-used and placed around the room, above bed-heads, cots, change tables or shelves. 

Product information:

We use Eco inks and water based environmentally friendly adhesive stock, which means they have no PVC's. Our fabric wall stickers can be re-used and are removable.
